My reading material this week is “Talent is Overrated”. It’s spent some time on the well-worn trail of “10,000 hours of practice = expertise”, but it adds a bit more as well. It adds that the practice must be good, hard, and well… not much fun. I’m still reading, but it also seems to be working towards exploring the question I have, which is this: “Great, but why are some people so much better at practicing than others?”
