I saw this and thought it was clever, funny, and quite Lichtenbergian. I would like to create an assignment if anyone’s up to it. Can you do 3-4? A trio or quartet of How different can you look? Reminds me of the hand symmetrical hands exercise.

These are great! Choosing to make ours Facebook “profile” shots done on a computer camera might cut down on production costs. But, then again, not all of our characters would necessarily have Facebook pages. We could go to the portrait alcove at Wal-Mart as our characters to get the shots. I’m always ready for a “Glamor” session…
This looks fun.
Do they still have “portrait alcoves” at the Wal-Mart?
Not sure. I’m one of those who make desperate grabs for hipster cred by avoiding Wal Mart as much as possible. My facts are not up to date.
Yes, I know there are those who make grabs for hipster cred by going to Wal Mart every chance they get. But that’s operating on a plane of hipness I could only dream of attempting.
I’ve seen this–he’s pretty awesome. I remember thinking I’d do the lower right guy in that first grouping of four. But that’s not what we were talking about, were we?
You know, Turff is a real honest-to-goodness photographer. Just sayin’.
I say computer camera pics are fine. However, if you wish to go the extra mile for a Wal-Mart portrait alcove Glamor Shots session, I say do it!
Or maybe we can use Turff’s skills and make it a project for the retreat.
I see we’re operating at our usual pace.
